Knowing what to look for in your roof replacement contract is key to ensuring the job is done right, with the materials you want used. You want the company to include full contact information on the contract. Without the name, address, phone and even a licensed number (if that is required in your area), your contract may not hold up in court if you ever need to file suit. They should also include the details of the warranty they provide. Also check that the information about your manufacturer’s warranty is listed. This may be just listing the name of the warranty and providing the URL to find the details or how to register your roof.
