As you read the reviews, remember that few companies in any industry have been able to please everyone all the time. If you find only a few 5-star reviews on a company, chances are good that they’ve had their staff and friends post those. A few lesser star ratings mixed in with great ratings, is common. Just look to see if the company took the time to respond to the review and how they responded. If they apologized, asked for the opportunity to correct the issue or even commented that they’re working quickly to resolve the issue, you may want to consider them as a roofing repair company.
